Robert Halfon attends special naming ceremony to Harlow’s Polish school

HARLOW MP Robert Halfon attended a special naming ceremony and welcoming of new pupils to Harlow Jan Brzechwa Polish School on Saturday.

Robert Halfon said: “I was delighted to attend the reconstituted Harlow Polish School on Saturday run by new management of directors and teachers.

Robert Halfon said: “I was delighted to support this wonderful school. It has over a hundred children and some very special teachers and directors. The school based at Passmores Academy meets every Saturday to teach children of all ages.

On Saturday there was a special naming ceremony. The school is now named Jan Brzechwa after a famous Polish poet. There was some wonderful reading and songs from the pupils present

The school is a very special place and I congratulate Harlow’s Polish Community for doing everything to promote education for young people”
