Apex Trampolining Club scale the heights at Leisurezone

A FANTASTIC day for Apex Trampoline Club at the National Development Plan Qualifying Competition on Sunday 28th October held at the Harlow Leisure Zone. The club had a large number of new and young members who achieved great results despite their inexperience.

Star of the show was Heather Cannon placing 1st in the NDP 4 category with a huge score of 54.50. 1st Place was also achieved by Daisy May-Denton (8 yrs ) and Charlotte Smith (10yrs) both competing in the Club Level 1 category and competing for the very first time.

Amy Gent also placed 1st in the 13+ Club Level 1 category along with team mates Kelsie Addison placing 2nd and Lauren Squibb in 3rd. The haul of trophies meant Team 1st for the girls. In the same category, other team mates Lucy Troman placed 4th with Sophia Ashraf placing 5th who along with Olivia Williams took Team 2nd. All six girls were competing for the first time.

Beth Peart competing in the NDP Level 1 category placed 3rd only 0.60 away from 1st place. She competed with team members Jennifer Forey and Megan Wickens to take Team 1st.

Maggie McGuirke took 3rd place in the Club Level 3 category whilst the youngest competitor Paige Bedford (6yrs) took 4th place in the Club Level 1 category also competing for the first time.

An impressive start to the sporting year.
