A HARLOW company that just a few months ago featured on BBC1’s The Apprentice has gone into administration.
The news regarding The Grown Up Chocolate Company was reported on the London Gazette website
A petition to wind up the company was made on March 29th.
Administrators were appointed on April 11th.
The company was based on Lovet Road in The Pinnacles.
The company was established in 2010 by James Ecclestone and had been widely praised for its image and branding.
In 2017, it was reported that it was set to earn £2.5 million.
In 2018, it was the base for a task undertaken by one of the teams on The Apprentice.

In a number of past articles, Mr Ecclestone told reporters that they may have to move away from Harlow as well as indicating that they may move to Croatia due to Brexit.
It is not know if there any job losses.
YH visited the premises on Tuesday lunchtime but it was closed. Their phone is not accepting messages.
