LLl that you see above is probably what is needed to run a business but in my experience, I have seen this before but when I have seen similar operations, I am still pretty sure that the football team, the first eleven is at the very centre of the organisation, that what goes on between 3pm and 4.45pm is the very beating heart of what you do.
