PLANS for 122 homes in Wych Elm have been approved by the Harlow Council Planning Committee.
The application by Prisma Property Developments (Harlow) Limited will now see the demolition of the existing buildings at Wych Elm House and see the erection of an eleven storey building comprising 122 residential units.
Fifteen of the dwellings will be “affordable units”.
Among the objectors were Jeffrey Kew of Kew Vets and Phil Clegg of Daniel Robinson Funeral Directors.
