A B and Q was recovered after ploughing into a house in Harlow.
As we reported this morning, the lorry careered into the house on Canons Gate at just before 3.30 this morning.
At just after 1pm, the recovery vehicles arrived on Elizabeth Way, ready to begin what looked like a delicate operation to pull the lorry out.
The operation before started just after 4pm. It took them just under an hour to reverse the lorry back out onto the main road.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the constant presence of excessive surface water along Elizabeth way when it rains , caused by the failure of Essex council to maintain the drains along here and clean them out regularly?
