TWO other recipients of new year honours are located just over the border in Harlow.

Richard Morgan has been a councillor for Hastingwood, Matching and Sheering area for many years.

YH often contacts cllr Morgan regrind the problem of fly-tipping in his ward.

Another recipient is Pat Greenhill, who was awarded an MBE for services to the community in Roydon and Harlow.

A Roydon resident, Pat is very active in the church and the wider community.

She was a recipient of a Heart4Harlow award in 2018.
