Harlow teenager charged with racially aggravated crime

A HARLOW teenager is accused of a number of acts of violence and disorder.
The sixteen-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with the following.
On 11/11/2019 at Harlow used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him or whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked and the offence was racially aggravated.
On 11/11/2019 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged white Toyota Yaris to a value unknown belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged and the offence was racially aggravated
On 11/11/2019 at Harlow with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.
The accused pleads not guilty.
He has been remanded on conditional bail unit next appearance at Chelmsford magistrates court on March 31st.
