THE LEADER OF Harlow Council has reaffirmed his commitment to solve the problem of office block conversions.

Labour councillor Mark Ingall has already written to seventy councils regarding placing their residents in places such as Terminus House and Templefields House.

YH sat down with cllr Ingall in his office at the Water Gardens to discuss the council’s position.
