ON Saturday, Harlow Running Club member Terasa Holden ran her 100th parkrun at the Town Park.
Terasa has been running park runs around the country for nearly five years. Terasa has run Harlow 34 times, Gorleston Cliffs 40 times and a variety of other 5k runs over the last few years.
Terasa is training for the London Marathon in April and the Berlin Marathon in September.
She is running for a very worthwhile charity called Vista.
VICTA is a national charity that provides support to children and young adults from 0 to 29 who are blind or partially sighted and their families. VICTA believes that everyone has the right to an independent and fulfilling life.
VICTA’s support, advice, grants and activities enable young people and their families to build skills, develop confidence and help each other toward a more positive future.
As you can see from the photos, Terasa brightens up the parkrun every time she participates and is clearly a much loved member of the running community.
So, if you can, please help Terasa as she fund-raises for a very worthwhile cause.
