PLANS are afoot for Latton Park, the home of Harlow Rugby Club to re-open.
The following statement was issued on their Facebook page.
THE moment we’ve all waited for…….. we are thrilled to announce the re-opening of Latton Park and the Club Bars on Friday 31st July for Members and their households (or support bubbles).
We look forward to welcoming you back!
Keeping Safe Together
After a difficult time for everyone we hope you and your families have all remained safe and well during the lockdown. We cannot tell you how much your continued support has meant to us during this period.
Over the next few weeks and in preparation for our re-opening we will need to complete a number of tasks to ensure your safety during your visit. Our areas will be deep cleaned and sanitised; layouts will be altered to allow for social distancing; we will increase cleaning regimes; provide extra guest and employee hand sanitising facilities; commission a mobile ordering App; complete staff training; and order some beer!
Along with implementing new safety measures we are required to introduce a ‘Mindful Drinking’ policy with social distancing measures enforced.
“Indoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), while outdoor gatherings are limited to members of any two households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most six people from any number of households.”
More details of our ‘Mindful Drinking’ policy and what you may expect to see and experience at the club, including a virtual tour, will be made available in the coming weeks. Our Covid-19 service standards will be revised on a regular basis to mirror the current government guidance and regulations.
Thank you for your patience!
Keep Safe, Stay Safe and take care of yourself.
