PAHT launches microsite to host information about progress towards a new hospital

THE Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) has launched a microsite as a hub of information about its progress towards a new hospital.

The microsite, part of the PAHT website, is the place to go to find out all about the new state-of-the-art hospital for Harlow. The microsite will continue to be populated with up-to-date information as PAHT moves along the timeline to build a fantastic new hospital by the end of 2025.

PAHT is calling on patients, visitors, the public, staff and stakeholders to get involved in shaping the development of a new hospital that provides outstanding healthcare and a welcoming environment for people to work in.

Through the microsite, all are asked to share their views. This is part of the new hospital engagement programme, which features a series of virtual focus groups, stakeholder interviews and a survey inviting people to be part of the journey towards a hospital that is fit for the future. Initially

PAHT is seeking the views of patients and local people about the design of the hospital.

The next key milestones in the process that teams at PAHT continue to develop plans for are the outline business case (OBC), to be complete by March 2021 and the full business case (FBC) by June 2022.
