AN OLD Harlow councillor has expressed his frustration at a lack of action by Harlow Council over land next to a GP surgery in his ward.

GPs at Jenner House want to convert land next to the surgery for much needed consultation rooms.

The matter was discussed at a cabinet meeting last September but according to cllr Joel Charles there has been a “lack of urgency” by Harlow Council.

Cllr Charles is concerned that time is marching on, the population is expanding and there appears to be a “stalemate”.
