Plans for Busgate on Old London Road move forward

PLANS for a bus gate on the Old London Road in Harlow have moved forward.
The actual application for a bus only route between Newhall (at the Co-Op) and the Fawbert and Barnard roundabout was approved some time ago.
The Harlow Council planning officer explained that this application was looking for approval for change in condition due to house building in Newhall.
The application can be seen below from there 1hr and 13 min point.
