CASH-strapped local swimming club have made an appeal for financial help.

The Harlow Penguins have opened a Crowdfunder page, which details their plight and what help they need.

A spokesperson said:

This fund is designed to help Harlow Penguins Swimming Club sustain our return to pool while continuing to deliver a quality swim programme designed to allow our swimmers to train as safely as possible within the Swim England and Government guidelines.
