Perhaps the owner is fed up waiting to see when this shopping Hatch is going to be redeveloped. Like residents living around the area, the Council has failed to keep him involved since plans were presented at a public exhibition in early 2018. So much for Harlow Council supporting local businesses. At the very least the area behind the shops which was demolished could have been turned into a car park, making space for cars to be parked off the road and making it easier for shoppers to find somewhere to park.
