YOU may have seen on the news that the first wave of approved COVID-19 vaccinations has started.

Only patients who have been identified will be invited to receive the vaccinations at this time. They will be notified individually by the practice.

Please note:

• Home visits and vaccinations in the community will be managed separately.

• People who have previously had an allergic reaction to a vaccine are advised not to book at this time.

• Vaccine availability is limited during this initial stage and we will be in touch as it rolls-out to wider groups.
