A HARLOW man has been banned after driving whilst under the influence of drugs.

Gavin Stratford, aged 39, of North Grove, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following.

On April 3rd, 2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely a Audi A4 on a road, namely Southern Way, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), in your blood, namely 4 micrograms of drug per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

Stratford was disqualified from driving for twelve months and fined £105.00
