Leading Tory demands answers over Harlow Council’s’ failure to win funding for town centre improvements

A LEADING Harlow Conservative councillor has demanded answers as to why Harlow Council failed in its bid to win funding to improve parts of the town centre.
Deputy leader of the Harlow Conservatives, cllr Joel Charles, spoke to YH and told us of his bitter disappointment.
However, cllr Charles also stressed that he wanted answers as to why the council failed in their bid.
72 councils did succeed with their bids.
