Announcement – Harlow Recycling Centre
News / Wed 30th Dec 2020 at 11:17am
From Essex County Council
PLEASE note that Harlow Recycling Centre for Household Waste has been experiencing extremely high demand and long queues.
This backlog of traffic has been heavily impacting on the operation of other businesses within the industrial estate, including a business that provides critical services and medical supplies to the NHS and the health sector. For this reason, it is vital that we ensure that River Way is free of queueing traffic.
Traffic Management will be at the site today and please be aware that there may be dynamic site closures throughout the day if the Recycling Centre gets too busy.
Please remember, the current government advice for Tier 4 is to ‘Stay at Home’ so please only visit the Recycling Centre if it is essential.

My opinion on this is,If this is the case, then residents from outside Harlow should be charged a fee to use the recycling and waste centre and two, this Labour administration party of Harlow council should have no right to complain about this when it is them to blame, due to converting former office block in Harlow, into studio flats for residents from Labour administrated London Boroughs and build new houses and other residential properties on near enough every plot of land going, in and around Harlow.
