Harlow man pleads guilty to charges of assault one women and harassing another

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to assaulting one women and harassing another.

Vince Brooks, aged 35, of Pennymead, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On February 26th, 2021 at Harlow in the county of Essex assaulted a woman by beating her.

On February 26th, 2021 at Harlow, with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

Brooks was made subject to a community order. Ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid community work. He was also made subject to a restraining order.
