Harlow man set to stand trial over heroin and crack cocaine dealing

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial accused of dealing in heroin and crack cocaine.

Connor Shand, aged 29, of Pennymead, Harlow was charged with the following.

On March 18th, 2018 at Harlow was concerned in the supplying of a quantity of “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to unknown others in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

Between December 31st 2015 and March 9th 20 at Harlow was concerned in the supplying of a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, to unknown other persons.

A trial date of July 15th 2021 at Chelmsford Crown Court has been set.

Shand remains in custody.

Police seem to be doing a good job in the last few months catching drug dealers in the town.

I hope the Police clamp down on this type of crime in Church Langley.
