OBJECTIONS have been made to an application for an extension in Radburn Close, Harlow.
The application is for a change of use of public land to private land for extension of the rear garden of 66 Radburn Close.
A number of objections have been made.
One objector said:
I can’t understand why this is required
I don’t mined a fence around the area but there is more to this as and we don’t want a structure
later on once the purchase of the land goes through.
My concern is the damage this will cause to the location and the effect this will have on the wildlife that resides there. Foxes , hedgehogs and birds that nest name just a few.
I am also very concerned about invasion of privacy.
Also if the land is built on in the future be looking directly at this structure and not the green space and wildlife.
I have viewed access to the rear of my garden on a weekly basis for the removal of any rubbish /recycling and garden maintenance, any tradesperson that I need to admit will always use this access , will this be impeded ??

Why is public land with wildlife living on it being given up for this extension?
