Man wanted after serious assault in Old Harlow

Crime / Sat 28th Aug 2021 at 12:32pm

DO you recognise this man? Essex Police would like to speak to him in connection with a serious assault in Harlow.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was with a group of friends on Market Street just after 12am on Saturday 24 July.

It is believed they were approached by a second group of men, who they did not know, but had been drinking in the Chequers pub beforehand.

An argument broke out after they’d left the pub, near Seeleys and St John’s Walk, and the victim was assaulted, leaving him with a head injury.

David Hughes. It's too not to - just saying. And I'm sure the police would have spoken to the landlord. But it doesn't follow the landlord knows his name or where he lives. The police aren't stupid.
