Appeal after child robbed of bicycle in Potter Street

ESSEX Police investigating after an 11-year-old boy was robbed in Carters Mead, Harlow.
The boy was approached whilst riding his bike shortly before 4.30pm on Thursday 9 September. The boy was pushed off his bike before it was stolen and he suffered a minor injury.
A police spokesperson said: “This must have been extremely frightening for the young boy and we will do all we can to bring those responsible to justice.
“We take all reports of crime very seriously and we attend as many emergency incidents as possible as quickly as we can.
“Sometimes we can’t always get there as quickly as we would like as we work around the clock to deal with a range of serious and critical incidents, but we do our best.
“We would urge anyone with information about who committed this crime to do the right thing and get in touch.
“If you have any information please call us on 101, quoting incident 939 of September 9.

Same thing happened here a few couple of months back…
Bike, phone and other similar robberies from youngsters have been happening here for years!
