A HARLOW resident and a Great Parndon councillor failed in their bid to have a planning application for the Three Horseshoes pub rejected.
Local resident Brian Murphy and councillor David Carter detailed their concerns to the planning committee on Wednesday night.
But the committee told them that many of their concerns would be more pertinent to the Licensing Committee.
The pub has been closed for eighteen months but the application for an outside area may well indicate that it will re-open.
Film of the application is below.
