Man fined for assaulting nurse in Harlow

AN EPPING resident has been fined for assaulting a nurse in Harlow.
Ruslan Rustamov, aged 47, of Cedar Court, Epping, pleaded guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates court to the following.
On November 7th, 2020 in Harlow assaulted an emergency worker, a nurse, acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker.
On November 7th, 2020 in Harlow with intent to cause said person harassment, alarm or distress,used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.
The court found that the offence was aggravated by being committed against an emergency worker acting in the exercise of their functions.
Rustamov was fined £1,160.00
Well, unfortunateli this is very common behaviour. Dont know what is going on with British people now.It is so sad.
what makes you think he is british, you have no idea silly comment!!
This isn’t about race it’s about violence against a health worker. My personal view it’s a shame it was only a fine.
Raymond Dove any one use in acts of violence against any health worker or emergency services should receive a custodial sentence
