LAST weekend saw Innovation Multisport fill nearly all the volunteering roles at Harlow parkrun.

They had as a club decided to give up their time to help out instead of running the 5k Saturday morning route.

Since parkrun started up again post pandemic, it has seen a decline in numbers for both runners and volunteer’s and it’s been a struggle to fill roles.

Innovation Multisport is a local club that, whatever your ability, will welcome you to come along.

They specialise in all three triathlon disciplines but you could just train for one; their coaches will assist in your chosen focus.

Alternatively if its just the social, fun side of keeping fit that interests you, they encourage you to join too!

The club welcomes national and International members and it already has members in Wales, Northern England, Scotland and USA.
