Man wanted after theft in Harlow town park

DO you recognise this man? Essex Police want to speak to him in connection with a theft at the Walled Garden in Town Park, Park Lane.
A mobile phone and bank card were taken from a coat in a portacabin in the sensory garden at around 10.45am on 11 November.
