Dear Editor,

I remember writing to YourHarlow last year to thank our emergency services who are giving up their festive period to keep us safe and commenting what an extra ordinary year it had been and how now more than ever they deserve our thanks. 

I think it’s fair to say that 2021 has been another tough year.

So I do want to once again say a huge and heartfelt thank you to our police officers, fire fighters and paramedics, as well as the staff at Princess Alexandra Hospital and other members of the care sector, for giving up spending time with their loved ones to work over the Christmas period.

Thank you for everything you do.
