A FEW weeks ago, we went to a Christmas Fayre in Longbanks organised by Nikki Walker in order to raise money for Epilepsy Research UK.

Whilst we were there, we came across the art work of local artist, Alan Tye.

Much of the work is centred upon countryside scenes in Ireland.

Having said that, Alan also paints scenes from other places and has recently completed a piece on the Aurora Borealis in Norway.
