Church Langley teenager charged with harassment

A CHURCH Langley teenager has been charged with harassment.

Alfie Attrill, aged 18 of Malkin Drive, Church Langley, Harlow has pleaded not guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Between September 21st, 2021 and October 7th, 2021 in Harlow pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that you repeatedly shouted abuse towards her on 21/09/21, 03/10/21 and 07/10/21.

Between September 21st, 2021 and October 7th, 2021 in Harlow pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a man and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that you repeatedly shouted abuse towards her on 21/09/21, 03/10/21 and 07/10/21.

Contrary to section 2(1) and (2) of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Attrill has been released on conditional bail. A condition of which is not to enter Church Langley.

Attrill pleads not guilty.

His next court appearance is set for May 10th, 2022.
