Three men set to stand trial over theft of motorbikes in Harlow

THREE men are set to stand trial over a number of offences centering on the alleged theft of motorbikes.
Luke Banham, aged 24, of Gabriel Street, Saffron Walden has been charged as follows:
Between December 27th 2018 and April 3rd 2019 27.12.18 in Essex you conspired to steal motor bikes.
On April 2nd, 2019 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Harlow an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely knife.
On April 2nd, 2019 at Harlow not being at your place of abode, together with Trumayne Linton-Baker had with you, articles for use in the course of, or in connection with, theft of a motor vehicle namely a hammers, pliers, wrench and screw driver.
On or before April 2nd, 2019, at Harlow, you together with Trumayne Linton- Baker dishonestly received a Honda motorbike knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.

Jack Burton, aged 19, of Little Cattins, Harlow was charged as follows:
On or before March 25th, 2019 at Harlow, Essex dishonestly received a Honda motorbike index knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.
Between December 27th, 2018 and April 3rd 2019 in the county of Essex together with Trumayne Linton-Barker and Luke Banham conspired to steal motor bikes.
Between December 27th, 2018 and April 3rd 2019 at Essex conspired together with Trumayne Linton-Barker & Luke Banham to steal a motor vehicle, namely motor bikes, of a value unknown belonging to unknown.
Trumaayne Lintonbon-Baker, aged 24, Lower Road, Hunsdon was charged as follows:
Between December 27th, 2018 and April 3rd 2019 in the county of Essex together with Luke Banham and Jack Burton you conspired to steal motor bikes.
On or before December 29th, 2018 at Whitshot Way, Saffron Walden, dishonestly received a GSXR 600 Suzuki motor bike, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.
On or before April 2nd, 2019 at Harlow, together with Luke Banham, dishonestly received a Honda motorbike index knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods

A trial date of April 12th at Chelmsford Crown Court had been set.
All are under unconditional bail
