A HARLOW resident has been jailed for driving on a number of occasions without holding a driving licence.
Alexandru Chifor, aged 31, of Primrose Field, Harlow, was sentenced at Chelmsford magistrates court for the following.
On January 1st, 2021 at Harlow, driver a Vauxhall Combo on Primrose Field, while disqualified from holding or obtain a driving licence.
On January 22nd, 2021 at Harlow drove a Mercedes on Manston Road while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
On both occasions. Chifor had no insurance in respect of said vehicles..
He was jailed for three months because (said the court) the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders.
He has been disqualified for 18 months.
3 years would be better.
