Somewhat surprised that several Harlow residents were foolish enough to drive when over the limit on drugs. Not only are they a danger to the public but to themselves too. Good that the repeat offender went to prison (at our expense!).

Soft on drugs, soft on crime. I am surprised they were not let off as they were not in control of themselves. Years ago you went to jail for using class A drugs, now its a fine and a ban and further down the pan we go!
