Epping Forest Council: You only had to keep tidy one path that we use…

THERE is probably only one path maintained by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC), that Harlow residents use.
It is on London Road at the Potter Street end and leads up to the Miller and Carter.
But for months now it has appeared to be impassable due to overgrown bushes etc.
Sone local residents like to walk up to the restaurant but are put off as it means walking in the road.
One local resident is in a wheelchair but is reluctant to take the risk of facing on-coming traffic.
We did speak to EFDC but they have yet to get back to us.
However, it does appear that the may have quite a few other problems when it comes to keeping the street scene clean.
There have been reports of missed bin collections in Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, High Laver, Lambourne, Loughton, Nazeing, North Weald Bassett, Roydon, Stanford Rivers and Waltham Abbey have been reported to Epping Forest Council.
Add Sheering to that list - Our bins were collected on Friday for the first time since 27th July. The jubilee weekend was great too with the rubbish piled in the street as they hadn't emptied the bins the week before.
