HARLOW Town produced their best result of the season to make their way through to the First Round of the FA Trophy.

They beat AFC Hornchurch (who play in a league above) on penalties and now look forward to their next challenge in the cup.

Harlow’s scorers were Aleko Aliaj (30′) and Syrus Gordon (52′)

AFC Hornchurch’s scorers were Ola Ogunwamide (32′) and Ollie Muldoon (86′ pen).

Harlow won 3-1 on penalties.

The Hawks return to league action on Tuesday away at Waltham Abbey.
