Man sought after car tampered with near Purple Emperor

Update: A man has been identified.

DO you recognise this man? Essex Police want to speak to him in connection with an incident in Harlow where someone tried to gain access to a car.

The vehicle was stationary at the time and no-one was in it.

It happened in Burgoyne Hatch at around 12.20pm on 22 October but nothing was taken.

Burgoyne Hatch is off Momples Road and the location of the Purple Emperor.

Why did you cover this but not the cars that were smashed up in Stackfield, Mark Hall Moors, Chantry and Tanys Dell? They damaged the shops and pub too.
