POTHOLES of Harlow may not be filled in if a leading group of campaigners get their way.
The Harlow Pothole Appreciation Society have launched a campaign in which they are encouraging Harlow residents to “embrace your pothole”.
The group say they are planning talks with councils and the government in order to ensure that they are not filled in.
Among their plans.
YH went down to Old Harlow to speak to two of the group, Felicity D’Arbanville and Gail Foretescue-Smyth to discuss their plans.
April fool !
Terry - wow. Thanks I'd never have guessed.
April fool maybe but there are idiots out there who maybe think this is a good idea
Very good April Fool 😄
If we stopped repairing them they would disappear naturally.
Excellent, well done
Very good. Well done!
what very thick people , seriously , are these idiots going to pay for the damage to peoples cars out of there own pockets then the short answer is no , so best they mind there own business, this town is getting dangerous enough without potholes aswell
These people really work for Essex County Council.
Jo Wills its an April Fools.....??
How about electing Rod Stewart as the president of the society?
Maybe they could join up with the Abbotsweld sponsor a pothole scheme, They may even be able to get lottery funding for some of the more artistic craters..
