HRJ Foreman Laws Solicitors has opened a new office in the Gothic House Building on Station Road in Old Harlow. The expansion into the town is to provide landowners, commercial landlords, commercial tenants, and property developers easier access to the firm’s commercial property legal services.

Local resident and Commercial Property Solicitor, Nicky Cleightonhills will head up the team in Old Harlow. Nicky has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property law, in particular, as noted in the Legal 500, as having a particular emphasis on “developments, as well as ancillary construction and financing matters”. Nicky is not a stranger to West Essex having previously been a partner at a firm in Chigwell.
