HARLOW Labour Leader Chris Vince had a busy Bank Holiday weekend. With so many community events going on across the town there was much to choose from.

Morning sessions out on the doorsteps listening to residents with the Labour team were followed by casework and visits to Harlow Cricket Club Family Day and Rock the Park on Sunday and Potter St Fete on Monday.

Fellow Labour Councillors were also out in force over the weekend. Chris is rarely to be seen at events without friend and colleague Cllr James Griggs at his side.

They also noted the presence of Councillors Tony Edwards, Lanie Shears, Aiden O’Dell and Kay Morrison at some or all of the events with a special mention for Cllr Jodie Dunne and his wife Cara who entertained the crowds with their performance at Potter St Fete.

A spokesperson said: “Chris leads a team who are rooted in their communities and are never happier than when out meeting residents or supporting and enjoying the many great things Harlow has to offer”.
