Harlow resident charged with GBH makes another appearance in court

THE former manager of the Old Bell pub in Sawbridgeworth was further remanded in custody when he appeared at Crown Court reports the Stortford Independent.
Lee Davis, 52, is charged with causing GBH (grievous bodily harm) with intent, engaging in coercive/controlling behaviour, intentional strangulation and possession of a class B drug, namely amphetamine.
Davis, of Burnt Mill Lane, Harlow, has been in custody for three-and-a-half months since he first appeared before magistrates on February 16, two days after his arrest in Sawbridgeworth.
He appeared at St Albans Crown Court on Thursday (June 1) and was further remanded. No date was set for the next hearing.
