OVERNIGHT weekday closures on the northbound off-slip at J8 will go ahead from Monday (July 17) until Friday September 15.

The closures, from 9pm to 5am, are needed to renew cables and ducting for the lighting columns.

Signed diversion routes will be in place and restrictions will be removed at the end of each shift to allow the slip road to remain open during the day and help minimise traffic disruption. Birchanger Green services will remain open and can be accessed through the diversions.
