Harlow’s first ever Pride in the Park to take place in August

HARLOW’S first ever Pride in the Park will bring together over 30 community organisations to celebrate inclusivity and diversity in our town.

Local favourites Fanny Galore and Ruby Violet will host a full programme of entertainment on the bandstand.

A ‘Family Pride’ area will have activities for younger visitors.

There will be loads of things to see and do for all the family, and best of all IT’S FREE!!!

Jamie, men have been dressing as women since time immemorial, drag acts were common during WWII - there’s even some well distributed photos of the drag performers manning guns following an interruption to the performance - and Pantomime’s dame role is a core part of the culture. Grow up.
