IN July, Pets’ Corner – which is located in Harlow Town Park – welcomed some of The Harvey Centre Management Team along to volunteer for the day.

Activities included mucking out of stables, helping with the afternoon feed round and getting the animals in for the evening.

The Harvey Centre are the proud sponsors of Pets’ Corner and are set to continue to support the farm going forward. Visitor donations are greatly appreciated on site to ensure the work and commitment of running the farm can continue and the care and welfare of the animals is upheld.

Pets’ Corner is open 7 days a week* from 11am – 4.30pm, and is home to farm animals including rabbits, chickens, pigs and ducks and also more exotic animals such as reindeer, llamas and alpacas.

Bryan Young, Centre Manager at The Harvey Centre says, “We are committed to supporting projects and initiatives within the local community and our sponsorship at Pet’s Corner further cements our efforts to give back. Our recent volunteering day at the farm was such a great day out, getting up close to the animals and the amazing team at Harlow Town Park – we’re really proud to be supporting them.”
