Update: Kevin Brand has been found

ESSEX Police are appealing for the public’s help to find 64-year-old Kevin Brand, who is missing from Harlow.

Kevin was last seen at 6am today (9 Sept).

Police are asking anyone who may have seen Kevin or have any information on his whereabouts to call 999 quoting incident number 566 of 9 September.
