Red Arrows set to fly over Harlow on Tuesday lunchtime
News / Tue 12th Sep 2023 at 07:59am
HARLOW residents are in for a treat today as the RAF Red Arrows will be flying over the town today (Tuesday).
For one of their last displays of 2023, the display team will be taking to the skies for the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI).
Although subject to weather conditions, the Red Arrows will mark the formal opening of DSEI with their flypast.
They will fly over Harlow at 12.07pm before a flypast at Docklands at 12.10pm. They will return to RAF Waddington via Kent, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
You might find the best vantage point would be Nazeing Common. https://www.military-airshows.co.uk/press23/redarrowsschedule2023.htm
I just looked up the flight path and they should have passed over Roydon and Nazeing so, may have been visible to residents on the Katherines estate but, they most certainly didn't fly "over" Harlow!!!!
Well the flyover was exhilarating...not to mention invisible.
I went to Roydon as knew it was flying over there but i did not see anything even there so dont know if this took place or not ??
