THERE is still time for you to have your say on how often Harlow Council elections should be held.
The consultation will finish at 5pm on Monday 18 September.

Just checked the voting form and it appears non Harlow residents can vote about how we vote. This can’t be fair or right…..

Given the average turnout of voters at local elections it's quite clear the vast majority of Harlow residents don't actually care about who runs the council, maybe rather than wasting time and money on how often to hold elections that effort should be put into engaging with residents to find out exactly why they can't be bothered with local politics.
