THE holiday season is just around the corner, and what better way to embrace the spirit of the season than by lacing up your running shoes and participating in the much anticipated, Mental Elf festive fun run. Designed for all fitness levels, this event promises a joyful experience that combines fitness, community and holiday cheer. 

The event will take place on Sunday November 26th at Harlow Town Park.

Whether you’re an avid runner, a casual jogger, a fan of walking, or someone taking their first step into fitness. This event isn’t just a fundraiser for Mind in West Essex, it is a way of encouraging the community to get together to celebrate better mental health and how movement and fitness can help people to improve their wellbeing. Mental Elf isn’t about breaking records, it’s about breaking into smiles and laughter while creating a welcoming and inclusive space.

Festive atmosphere – Dressing up in your favourite festive outfit is encouraged. Let your inner elf shine. 

Community spirit – This event brings together people from all walks of life. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting your fitness journey, you’ll find a supportive and motivating community to be a part of. 

Finish line celebrations – As you cross the finish line, bask in the glory of your achievement, collect your commemorative medal, goodie bag and celebrate with fellow participants. 

Giving back – By participating in the Mental Elf fun run, you’re not only celebrating the season but also supporting a great cause. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to Mind in West Essex to help your local communities mental health.
