AN OLD Harlow councillor has given a cautious welcome to the news that the consortium of house builders in Gilden Park have committed to new timescales for the delivery of outstanding community facilities after legal action was activated by Harlow Council.  

YH went up to Gilden Park to speak to Conservative councillor, Joel Charles and establish how he felt and what measures/actions he would be taking to monitor the three builders.
